This improvement enhanced the reporting process for Twilio’s inbound pipeline. Additionally, Cloud Connects transformed Twilio’s ETL pipeline and implemented live querying, allowing account managers to view customer usage data in real time. This enhancement enables more effective selling and cross-selling. Furthermore, Cloud Connects revamped Twilio’s partner portal by utilizing Experience Cloud, improving its functionality and user experience.
